1)ZJ-217 multifunctional fabric pleat machine utilizes high heat and different knives to make various pleat combinations.
2)The pleat combination of ZJ-217 is various, so you can have your different pleat patterns.
3)The pleat can be used for blouses, shirts, jacket's cuffs and collar, school uniforms, antimacassars, bedclothes, ribbon, curtaions, carves, products made out of leather.
4)If needed different working width of machines can be manufactured but the standard working width of this machine is 1.60 m

5)The machine is equipped with knife/blade, blanket, upper & lower heating roller to fold the fabric into various pleat patterns. Fabrics are pinched and folded by the upper blade and the lower blade.

6)The typical patterns are wave patter, bamboo leaf pattern (i.e., shape likes fir) which is also named by Zig-Zag, box pleat (tucks), side (straight flat) pleat or knife pleat, combined pleat, etc.Over ten differed knives are innovated to meet the market needs.

7)Accept customized width of machine from 1 meter to more than 2 meters

8)it is sorted into three configuration by virture of the control unit. Computer controlled machine is capable of more patterns due to the PLC demanding knife/blade to move differently and hence various patterns are created accordingly.
